Meet Nelly!

Nelly is a beautiful 6 month old with a gentle soul who is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly blossom.

A naturally shy girl, Nelly takes a little time to build trust with new people, but once she feels safe, she forms lovely bonds with those she knows. She's happiest in a quiet environment and would thrive with patient adopters who are happy to let her settle in at her own pace.

One of Nelly's sweetest qualities is her love of other cats. In foster care, she became comfortable with her resident feline friend and could often be found quietly following him around the house during the night when she thought no one was watching. Having a confident resident cat in her new home could help her continue to grow in confidence.

While Nelly is still nervous around unfamiliar people and young children, she has shown that she can relax with trusted adults. For this reason, she would be best suited to an adult only home with a calm resident cat or other friendly pet to help her feel secure.
