Bruce

Cranbourne

Dog • 1 year and 2 months

Meet Bruce!

Bruce is a fun-loving, happy boy with plenty of personality and an enthusiasm for life. He's always ready for an adventure and would thrive with an active family who can keep both his body and mind busy.

One of Bruce's favourite things is treats and toys! Whether it's working for a tasty snack during training or entertaining himself with a fun toy, these are sure ways to keep him happy and engaged.

Bruce is still learning his manners and can be a bit strong on the lead, but he's eager to please and should be a breeze to train with consistent, positive guidance. He's a smart boy who will enjoy learning new skills and spending quality time with his people.

He may be able to live with a well-matched, playful canine companion who enjoys a good game and can match his energy.

While Bruce is calm and relaxed when spending time in the yard, he can become excited when greeting people and may jump up. For this reason, he would be best suited to a home with primary school-aged children who are confident and dog-savvy.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who's full of potential, loves to have fun, and is ready to learn, Bruce could be the perfect addition to your family!

The Adoption Ambassador Program

In a first for Australian animal shelters, The Lost Dogs’ Home Adoption Ambassador Program will give animals a better chance at finding a forever home by allowing people to adopt directly from our specially trained foster carers. This will negate the need for animals to return to the shelter environment.
