Meet Hen, Chicken & Rooster

These adorable siblings were found together as strays and have spent time in our foster care program learning that life with people can be safe, comfortable, and full of good things. Thanks to the patience and care of their foster family, they are now ready to find loving forever homes of their own.

Hen, the only girl of the trio, and her brothers Chicken and Rooster are still a little shy when meeting new people and experiencing new environments. Having spent their early lives without the stability of a home, they're taking their time learning to trust and embrace all the comforts of domesticated life.

As they continue to settle, their unique personalities are beginning to shine through. Each day brings a little more confidence, a little more curiosity, and a little more willingness to seek out attention and affection. Watching them grow and blossom has been incredibly rewarding, and we know they will continue to thrive in patient, understanding homes.

These sweet kittens are looking for adopters who can give them the time and reassurance they need to settle in at their own pace. In return, you'll have the privilege of watching their confidence grow and discovering the wonderful companions they are becoming.

All three kittens are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to start the next chapter of their lives with loving families.

The Adoption Ambassador Program

In a first for Australian animal shelters, The Lost Dogs’ Home Adoption Ambassador Program will give animals a better chance at finding a forever home by allowing people to adopt directly from our specially trained foster carers. This will negate the need for animals to return to the shelter environment.
