Buddy

North Melbourne

Dog • 8 years and 6 months

Introducing Buddy!

Buddy is a lovely boy heading into his senior years, although he doesn't let that slow him down! Buddy has plenty of energy and still loves his toys and chasing a ball around the yard.

This friendly guy is suitable to live with humans of all ages, as long as he gets to spend as much time with them as possible! He loves spending time with his people, and would prefer a family who has someone at home more often than not.

He's also happy to live with another friendly doggo who can show him the ropes in his new home. So if you already have a dog and think Buddy would fit right into your family, please bring them in to the meet and greet.

While he's a big fan of other dogs, Buddy will need a home without any cats or other small pets. He's a dog's dog through and through!

If you have a space in your heart and on your couch for Buddy, we have no doubt he will shower you with love and affection, and become your best friend in no time! So come down and meet Buddy today!

Please note that any children or dogs living at home will need to be present in Buddy's meet and greet.

The Adoption Ambassador Program

In a first for Australian animal shelters, The Lost Dogs’ Home Adoption Ambassador Program will give animals a better chance at finding a forever home by allowing people to adopt directly from our specially trained foster carers. This will negate the need for animals to return to the shelter environment.
