Meet Edward Cullen!
Looking for a loyal best friend who's more interested in stealing your heart than your blood? Meet Edward Cullen, a handsome 3½ year old Staffy with a heart as big as his cuddles!
Edward is the definition of a cuddle monster. If you sit down, don't be surprised if he gently leans into you... and then somehow manages to sit on you with his entire body. Personal space? He thinks that's just another word for "closer cuddles!"
When he's not perfecting the art of snuggling, you'll find Edward happily rolling around in the grass, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying life's simple pleasures. He's also a lovely companion on walks and is doing a fantastic job learning to walk nicely at heel. He's eager to learn and enjoys spending time with his people.
Edward is still working on his impulse control, so he'll thrive with a family committed to continuing his training using positive, force-free methods. He's a clever boy who responds well to kindness, consistency, and plenty of encouragement.
He may be suitable to live with another friendly dog after a successful introduction and could also suit a home with respectful secondary school-aged children who understand how to give dogs space when needed.
Edward Cullen is everything people love about Staffies: affectionate, playful, people-oriented, and always ready for a cuddle. If you're looking for a best friend who'll stick by your side through every adventure and every movie night, Edward Cullen is ready to claim a spot in your heart, and probably your lap too!
Come meet Edward, you bring the couch, he'll bring the cuddles.
Please keep in mind that any children or dogs living at home will need to be present in a meet and greet in order to adopt Edward.

In a first for Australian animal shelters, The Lost Dogs’ Home Adoption Ambassador Program will give animals a better chance at finding a forever home by allowing people to adopt directly from our specially trained foster carers. This will negate the need for animals to return to the shelter environment.
